TOPIC: Complex Trigger for Conditional Fields

Allow conditional fields to be triggered by a combination of at least two fields. Currently, Conditional fields are trigged by the value(s) in a single field. Add the ability to use at least two fields with an 'AND' or 'OR' operator between them. For instance, we need to collect additional information based on "Type" and "Age"; we collect this on every registrant, but for some, based on the value of "Type" and the value of "Age", we need additional information.

In this situation, I've just created duplicate copies of the 2nd level question so I can gather the correct information. It's extra fields but it seems to work for what I need.

For example:
Type: Male or Female
Age-M: dependent on Male - 15-19, 20-29, 30-39
Price-M: dependent on Age-M - $10, $20, $30

Age-F: dependent on Female - 15-19, 20-29, 30-39
Price-F: dependent on Age-F - $5, $10, $15
