What would be really nice is to have the ability to create and send invoices to "Pay Later Customers" via email. Also Have the ability to have a reject or approve registrant feature after they have registered. This would send an email to registrant informing either that they have been approved or rejected to attend the event.
We create allot of events for students where attending the event needs an approval after registration. This is task we have to do manually now.
While there is not an invoicing feature yet, something added in 2.7.4 is the Registrant Email tool in the backend now can be filtered to send emails to registrants based on paid status and other items. So, you CAN create an email and send it to all of the unpaid registrants of Event X... for example. Provide them with info needed, or a link to the user panel to make their payment. Hopefully that will help you in the meantime.
We would love this feature as well. Since we accept purchase orders as payment, we need to generate an invoice to the user so that they can then forward that to their accounts payable dept. so that they can pay us. Would be nice to have this feature in a future release.
When I try to send out an email to these recipients, I get this error:
Gateway Time-out The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
