TOPIC: Making One step event creation

On the site I am using DTregister on we are not using the events calendar. It is bulky and we we list the events. It would be nice to be able to create the event and the registration on on screen. Now you have to create the event, then go over to dt register and create the registration.

We may do this in the future, but most people use a calendar system and would not want to create the event twice. This component is in continual development so we are always making it more versatile as time goes on. This will very likely get added in at some point.

Regarding using JEvents, currently this is a requirement for using DT Register. However, you do not have to have it on the frontend of your website. You can just use the backend of JEvents to create the event, but not setup any frontend access or navigation to view the calendar itself. Thanks.
