Have v2.4.6, am getting emails confirming registration but no records in backend for some registrations (a total of 7 in the past couple of months that we have been able to find). Can't find any common thread to them other than they are all for one event. So we have a confirmation email from the site but no record in the backend or when you download the CSV file. Also when we have a 'Pay at the door' and go to the backend to check the 'red X' that they have paid, within a week there is no indicator whether they have paid or not and if you select the individual registration and check the field 'Select One' is currently highlighted. It is literally 'disappearing'. Any ideas?

Are you using PayPal at all? You could have an issue there. Also, you could have an issue with custom fields. Make sure that ALL of your custom fields have an entry in the jos_dtregister_user and jos_dtregister_group_member database tables. If a custom field is missing in one or both of those tables, and it is used in registration, the record will NOT be created. This was an issue in some old versions like what you are using.

The other issue you mentioned makes no sense. We will try to help with these items, but support for this extremely old release is limited.
