TOPIC: Security Images do not apper

Hello, everithing works just fine but the security images do not appear. So user cant register. "The security image does not mach" tab appers. Can you help me? Thaks

Send us the url so we can see what the problem is. No issue has ever been reported with the security images. Also send Joomla login so we can check out the backend settings. Thanks.

Hello. I was unable to see or login to your site. One thought regarding the security images... do you realize that they only are used on the free events and the waiting list form?? On registration forms that take a payment (Authorize.net or PayPal), the security images will NOT display. It is not necessary when payments are being made. Thanks.

Hello, I do realize that the security images appear only on free registration form. I can see the field where to put the code, but not the image with the code. I have resent the login information to you ( 17.2. 2008) . Can you help?
