TOPIC: [SOLVED] Selecting Setup = blank screen

I'm using firefox 2.0x and when I choose anything under DT Register (setup, etc.) in the admin area, I get a blank screen. Any clue? I just installed the newest version of DT Register that I purchased yesterday. AnnS.

It also does the exact same thing in Safari (I'm on a mac). I'm using Joomla 1.0.12. AnnS.

I had our client test from IE7 on windows, they get an error that says "page cannot be displayed" (mine's just blank). I e-mailed a user/pass to get in yesterday. Do let me know if you didn't receive it. Ann

I see the same thing; I noticed that not all of .zip file contents are copied into the proper location. I also should mention that during the install I get MySQL functions dump on the screen. When I look in the MySQL db its missing tables. Question. I am using MySQL 5.x and PHP for IIS has anyone else ran into this before.

We fixed this on anns site. It was due to her server PHP configuration. We made modifications to three DT Register files and her admin is working now. This was the first time we've seen this issue for any users. If anyone else has this problem, email us and we'll send you the modified files. They are not needed for most users.
