This is most likely due to an old version of MySQL. If you will provide us with joomla admin and CPanel admin logins, we will take a look and see what needs done to make it install on your server. Please download 2.1.4 again. The problem is that your database structure did not use jos_ like most Joomla sites do. There were a couple places where the code had "jos_" in it instead of using your database prefix instead. That was the problem. Should be good now though. Just download, uninstall and reinstall. Thanks.
