When I use the event managemend field

\"Message and/or Instructions to display above the registration form for this event:\"

the text is only shown for a single user registration and NOT during a group registration. It is shown when I have to enter the billing information, but not when I have to enter each member of a group.

Could you please let me know a bugfix?
