TOPIC: Problem removing default fields from registration

In verson 2.3.7, I need to remove the default fields and put only custom fields. I need to remove Address, City, State, Phone, Zip, etc.

Can I have only custom fields active? I thought I could select not to show those fields under the Edit Settings of the DTRegister component. However, when I tried that it did not remove the fields from the form.

Any ideas?

You can show/hide fields in the Fields tab on the settings page. Keep in mind that there are three sections on this page... one for paid events, one for free events and one for the form for each member of a group registration. Make sure you are modifying the right section that applies to your event.

Yes, I am aware of the three sections of settings and that I would need to adjust the one for the specific type. I am definitely sure I did that. However, it had no effect on the display of the fields in the published registration form.
