TOPIC: [SOLVED] Problem with extension

Hello, I just purchased the extension and installed it. I have followed all instructions and it does not work. It does not give the page where you would enter your details it goes strait to a page that says "Please wait while you are being redirected to PayPal for making payment..." but it never moved from there. How can I get assistance to make this extension work or get a refund? Thanks.

Hello. The extension does work or it would not be sold here. Can you please let us know what mambots and other java scripts are being used on your site? Please disable them one by one and see if something is conflicting. This is most likely the cause of the problem.
