TOPIC: Admin section not listing members who registered

They have registered and it shows they have registered in thier profile they are also in the database but they do not show up in the admin section under \"Registration Records\". Is there a fix for this? We are using version 2.2.2 and Joomla 1.0.15 stable.

Can you be more clear? Do you mean that some user has registered on your site, but doesn\'t show up in Registration Records? That\'s because that\'s not the same \"registration\". Or, are you saying that the registrations show in the CB plugin, which would mean that they are event registrations?

They have registered for an event and paid through PayPal. It shows in the profile page (CB Plugin) they are attending but in the admin section under \"Registration Records\" they are not showing up.

I\'m having what I think is the same issue.

When users register and pay using paypal, they don\'t show up in the Registration Manager list. The Registration Manager list only shows those individuals that elected to mail in their payment.

Do I have something mis-configured?

For everyone, we have just modified the 2.2.3 download package. When you extract the files, you will now find an extra file named dtregister_pp.php. The readme file explains what this is and how to use it.

Basically, some users are having issues with records being created due to their server configuration usually. GoDaddy users are usually the ones with the problems. This new file will help mostly with PayPal records.

To get the file, download the 2.2.3 package from My Orders, extract the files, grab this new file and rename it as dtregister.php, then upload it to:
/components/com_dtregister/

That should fix you up if you are having this issue.
