Hello. Please try the attached file. Download it from here, then rename it as dtregister.php. Then upload it to:
/components/com_dtregister/

MODIFICATION:
We have removed the attached file. If you are interested in getting it to also remove the Comments boxes from your registration forms, send us an email and we can provide it. Thanks.
