TOPIC: Front End Access to DT Register Data

I need to have a registration program that will allow a
front-end user, like the director of the organization
login and review registration information. They want
to monitor the registration and be able to pull the data
when needed.

They do not want, nor do I want them to manage the site,
just manage the registration.

Is there a way to do this with DT Register without making the user
a manager or administrator? They need to only have access to
registration information.
