TOPIC: Custom fields only on last group reg page?

I thought there was a way to get custom fields to NOT appear on each group member\'s page, but ONLY on the final payment page. Is this possible? We\'re setting up DT Register for a youth conference and I want to completely replace our pdf form. That form asks for all kinds of things that don\'t need to be filled in for each youth, they need to be filled in by the youth pastor who\'s paying for/registering the group.

Also, on a side note, the WMV movie tutorials WILL NOT play on Mac, not with Flip4Mac, not with Perian, not with VLC. I\'d love to see them recompressed into a more universal format.
