If a person chooses to pay later, and they have NOT paid yet, I\'d sure love to able to manually enter more members from the Admin side. I thought this was a feature, but it doesn\'t appear to be. Am I missing something, or should I post this in the feature request forum?
Correct. Currently you can edit group member details, but not add new members to that registration. The reason is because that would change the pricing for that registration. We do not believe this is a good idea and it would be a coding nightmare to add a member, have it modify the cost for that record, etc.
What you need to do is manually create a NEW record and you can use the Group Name and the comments box to connect that record with the older one.
I agree with what you\'re saying, though if the order hasn\'t been paid yet, it would be fine if the cost changed. Anyway, on my particular site, the ministry I\'m building it for just gave me their auth.net stuff, so everything will be paid up front. Anyway, thanks for a great product, this thing is going to work very well for us.
