TOPIC: can't find the event number

I'm trying to use the new mambot to create a payment link, but for the life of me I can't find the event number. I hovered over the event, I clicked into the registration management, I looked at JEvents, I just can't find it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

From the DT Register menu, just click on the event you want to make a link to. The url that shows in the browser address bar will show the EventID. A Non-SEF url will look like this: /index.php?option=com_dtregister&eventId=9&task=pay_options... A SEF url will look like this: /component/option,com_dtregister/eventId,9/task,pay_options... Either way, the number right after the "eventId" is the number you need.

Is there any way of displaying the event ID in the admin site - I don\'t tend to ever \"publish\" my events I just use the {dtregister}eventid{/dtregister} mambot.. and it is quite annoying to find the event other wise

Don\'t you mean to go to JEvents menu? I can\'t get to an event menu through DT Register but I do have the list in JEvents.

bcsgroup - no, I did mean to look at the url provided by DT Register as you see in a couple posts down in this thread. There is an EventID in the url. You can see this when going to the main DT Register frontend page.
