TOPIC: Set Minimum and Maximum Group Size to 4 and not working

I set Minimum and Maximum Group Size to both 4 and not working. I see a lot of 4some registrations which is good, but I'm also seeing singles getting through. I tested the front end and I can't register a single but somehow in the records its showing some singles.

Using DTH 3.3.2 with Joomla 3.8.12

any ideas

I figured out how this is happening. When you go to add the second member, then click on the CANCEL MEMBER button at the bottom it takes you straight to the billing page and bypasses the rule of forcing 4 members to register. How can we fix this? 1/3 of my registrations are having this issue.
