When I register a group, it accepts all the registrants, clicking on Complete shows the information being submitted and then shows the details of the registration. When I click the last Next Step button, I get:

- This also prevents emails being sent to registrants/administrator about the registration.
- In Registrations back end, one person shows up,and a slot is deducted from the available slots, but
- when exporting to CSV, there are no records contained in the CSV file
Individual registrations seem to work fine.

Looks like a database problem.
I did steps listed: go to configuration, save. Go to permissions, save.

Running 3.3.1
Joomla 3.8.8

When doing a group registration and choosing a Pay Later option, clicking the "Next Step" button returns a blank page with the following:

Event Registration: Payment
Array ( [fields] => Array ( [2] => Fred [3] => Flintstone [4] => 123 [5] => [6] => 456 [7] => 13 [8] => 94577 [10] => This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. [12] => ) [groupUserId] => 404 )

So I'm seeing the same issue...

I didn't see any communication asking me to open and save the Configuration or Permissions, but I did that - and also opened and saved the event - and it seems to have properly completed the registration. Maybe the event itself needs to be opened and saved?

The two steps I mentioned were part of the steps for the upgrade to 3.3.0 and 3.3.1. Because of the new database field, the Configuration had to be opened, saved. I was hoping that would solve the problem, but it didn't.

This is really negatively affecting my business, since so many customers register as a group. Now, can't do it any longer. It's a total mess, and costing me money. :(

I'm getting a bit antsy about getting this problem fixed. Can I at least have some sort of acknowledgement that it's being looked at?
