Why does the date field data/info go away when viewing registrant data? This is from the admin side when you edit the registrant details. If you do a CSV export its there. Problem is that you cannot save the new data without repopulating this field. So if you don't export first you will have no clue on what it is supposed to be. We use the calendar field for Date of Birth.

Go to DT Reg configuration and make sure the date format is set and then re-save. See if that makes a difference. If not, submit a ticket with details and we'll take a look.
