TOPIC: Event Capacity Exceeded During Group Registration

Joomla 3.8.3 / DT Reg 3.2.6.1 / Detailed Group Registration

I have discovered if a group is registered that over fills the capacity, the full group is accepted.

Any insight would be appreciated.
