For some reason, the system declines the code in that format. It demands lowercase letters. Is there some setting somewhere I need to change? Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. There have been no other reports like this, nor can we replicate it on our sites. You could submit a ticket with admin access and include details on which event and which discount code we can test with. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic.
