Is anyone else having an issue with Moneris failing after payment?

The payment is processed by moneris, but when the user returns, they receive this error:
1064 (You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your mariadb server version for the right syntax to use near at line 34.

No information is recorded in the DB ... but the payment is taken. Not good!!
