TOPIC: [PayPal error] Payment notification mismatch: IPN item_name (Shopping Cart)

This is just an FYI for payments being processed through PayPal where the invoice item description is listed as "Shopping Cart" and not the event name.

We discovered this issue affecting DT Reg while troubleshooting the same issue with CB Subs. No error codes have been generated by DT Reg, so this may have gone unnoticed without the coincidence with our CB invoices.

Payments are being processed and with only one event, it may not be a problem, but with multiple events or pricing ranges for an event, it certainly is.

This is affecting all versions of Joomla, DT Registration, CB Subs and probably any PayPal payment processor.
