TOPIC: Unable to email registrants

I am running Joomla 3.5 and the latest version of DT Register. When I attempt to email registrants I get the following errors.

Every record has an email address that is entered twice.

First, I removed your admin login details from your post. Do not ever post login details like that in a public forum. Just not a good idea.

Second, you are NOT running the latest DT Register. You have 3.1.9, which is at least 6 months old. The latest is 3.1.13 and you need to get updated as your very next step.

Third, your event has multiple admin email addresses provided, which is fine, but separated by semi-colon ( and NOT a comma as you have. This is noted in the tooltip, video tutorials, etc.

Fourth, after updating, if you still have an email issue, it will be due to mail configuration. You have Joomla config setup to email from one address... but DT Register is setup to send all emails from a gmail account. Your mail server may very well not approve of sending anything from a different domain. If that turns out to be the issue, you'll have to sort that out with your web host and see how you'd need to configure the Joomla mail server parameters to work as you'd like... or if your server will even allow it.

I know that my Webhost will allow the email; we already had that discussion.

Will take care of updating.

I will find where there are multiple email admin addresses. There are only 3 users on this website everyone is simply enrolled to take a class.
