I am running 3.1.13 on the latest Joomla build and having a couple of issues when I try to send an email to registrants.

1. When sending to a group the message only goes out to the first three email address in the list.

2. when using a template only the word content is populating in the body of the email.

I have to say "me too" about the email template producing only the word "content." I'm here now searching for solutions on the forum.

Guys, this is not something we can replicate. Please submit a ticket with admin access where we can see this on your site.

1) Is this happening with frontend or backend tools? Or both?

2) @crbender, the possible issue of not sending to the entire list is not something we've heard of previously. DT Register just builds the email so if the issue is in the sending process, that would go to the mail server... not DT Register. However, check DT Register -> Mass Email Records and see what it shows. Is it showing your whole list getting an email sent? What is the status? If the whole list isn't being created, then you have an issue (setup most likely) with creating that list.

my Email Registrants using the email templates is doing the same thing. I will put in a ticket tonight. I have only tried the backend tool for this.

Forgot to put in the I am on latest version of both Joomla 3.6.5 and DT Register 3.1.13
