Trying to figure out what the problem with the locations logos. I have include a jpg which show what I am getting in the back end and front end. I cannot get the location logo to show in the front end and I cannot get rid of the Error: file not found issue...

Using Joomla! 3.6.5
DT Register: 3.1.13

Anyone have a place to start looking?
