User is getting stuck trying to register. Other users and client websites are working just find, and no matter what I do, I can't duplicate the issue. So this is more of a "Are there any known incompatibilities" question than a bug report.

User gets to the Billing Information page and completes the fields. She clicks on Next Step:



And this is what she gets:



I've asked the customer to send me their browser type/version and Windows version.

If anyone has any insights on what might be causing this, I'd appreciate it.

It would appear that she has no data on that screen... the session is lost. Does the site have DT Register 3.1.11c on it? If not, you may just be dealing with the recent session issue.

Yes, I should have mentioned that I'm running all the current versions (I update all the sites through Watchful).

Lost session was my first thought. I asked if significant time had passed between going from one screen to the next - like breaking for lunch or to get payment information from a supervisor - anything that delayed going through the process in one sitting.

They have at least two reports from registrants with this problem. Yet others are registering successfully - am able to register successfully.

Since I have about two dozen sites set up like this, almost all with at least a few active events each year, it's odd that it's only this site that reports the issue.

Any idea what would cause a session to be lost?
