Hi ...
Using the latest release (yes a fresh download/install) on the latest version of Joomla (3.5.1) When paying for an event by paypal, I'm returned to my site ... only a BLANK screen is displayed an no record is recorded for my registration in DTRegister. The url displayed is: mysite.com/components/com_dtregister/success.php?return=268&Itemid=688&task=restore

PLEASE HELP!

Yep.. just upgraded yesterday or so and now it is not finalizing registration after PayPal payment. I will be submitting a ticket.

Hopefully there will be a code change in the future that will store the registration info before going to the gateway, mark it as pending and then change it to paid paid after a successful payment. That way if there is a breakdown communicating between the payment gateway and DT, we can manually change to paid and not have to chase customers for info.

We have the same problem. Return from PayPal lands on a 404 and the record vanishes.

Many cases people are registering for an event and we have no idea until they show up. Or they contact asking where they can see their registration and we have to chase all of the information down and get them to provide it all again.

It doesn't seem to be limited to the latest release. We are using 3.1.7 and have the same problem.
