Inside editor was well placed
{PAYLATER If your application has been canceled is why it was not possible to confirm the payment of the ticket}. {ELSEIF If your application has been canceled is why the financial institution not authorized debit your card}. {/PAYLATER}.
In the email received by customers
It remains exactly the same thing
For your knowledge
The term PAYLATER was translated in the INI file

This is because you didn't use the tag correctly at all. Please follow the format as it is shown in the list of available email tags:

{PAYLATER}
Enter a message inside of this tag that will display in emails ONLY if the payment method is Pay Later.
{ELSEIF}
OPTIONAL - You can enter a message here that will display in emails for all payment methods EXCEPT for Pay Later.
{/PAYLATER}

This is the exact transcription as it is in the editor

<Td> {PAYLATER} If your registration has been canceled is why it was not possible to confirm the payment of the ticket. {ELSEIF} If your application has been canceled is why the financial institution not authorized debit your card. {/PAYLATER}. </Td>

This is your guidance
{PAYLATER}
Enter a message inside of this tag que will display in emails ONLY if the payment method is Pay Later.
{ELSEIF}
OPTIONAL - You can enter a message here que will display in e-mails for all payment methods except for Pay Later.
{/PAYLATER}

Please tell me what is the difference?

felice - well that is very different from what you initially posted. What you have just posted should be fine... yesterday's was not. Anyway...

I just tested the PAYLATER email tag on our sites and it was working fine. Based on the text that you are using inside of this tag, I'm not sure that you aren't confusing what it actually is. "Pay Later" is an actual payment method that must be enabled in Pay Options, which then gives the user choices like "Mail In Payment", "Pay At The Door", etc or whatever you customize these options to be. So if a user chooses this payment method at checkout (as opposed to an immediate payment like PayPal), then that is a Pay Later registration.

Your text mentions canceled payments, or not authorized payments... so I'm not sure how that applies to the Pay Later payment option. All I can do is guess however without seeing it. If you believe what you have in place is correct but not working still, submit a ticket with admin access and we'll take a look. Thanks!
