Hi everyone,
I'm trying to make a submission form so that people can submit multiple photos and attach a description/date/information and such. I have 20 upload fields and it seems like only the last progress bar works and shows completion. It is hard to describe so I have a attached a photo and a short video displaying the occurrence.
Here is a 1 min video showing what is occuring in the bug. Let me know if you need more clarification.

Does anyone know how to fix this OR how to have multiple uploads without using multiple upload fields. Thanks.
