TOPIC: Re-order and rename payment method

Hi everyone,

I am trying to fine-tune the payment methods with two changes:
1. Have paypal on-top of Pay Later.
- Re-order how the payment methods show. Having paypal as the first method seen from top to bottom.

2. Easier understanding that paypal includes Credit Card.
- so either be able to rename "Paypal" to "Credit Card"
- OR add an extra label that says "Paypal - Credit Card (No Account Needed)

I just wanted to update everyone:

I was able to figure out how to change "Paypal" to "Credit Card and/or Paypal"
1. go to /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_dtregister.ini
2. search for Paypal
- you will see

PAYPAL="Paypal"

3. Change that to

PAYPAL="Credit Card and/or PayPal"

I still haven't figured out how to re-order the payment options in my first post.
I've searched through most of the component/dtregister files.
