Hi,

The nature of our events is that some bookings are processed over the 'phone - is there any way we can mark an event as "full" manually?

What you should do when you process a registration manually, having received information over the phone, through the mail, etc... is go into the admin side DT Register -> Records, select the event in the filter dropdown, then click the button in the toolbar to create a new registration record. Doing this will keep that registrant with all of your online registrants... so all data is together... and if that registrant completes your capacity, your event will automatically become full.

If you ever want to just force your event to appear and function as being full, even if it's not, you can just change the capacity to match how many registrants are currently in the system.
