TOPIC: [SOLVED] Conditional fields not working when using the back button

We have setup several fields that have a yes/no response
For Yes additional information is then requested.

This all works fine on first registering but if the user goes BACK from the summary screen the condition field are still showing "yes" if they were selected but the additional fields are not showing

User are not noticing this and proceeding with the order and we are not getting the additional field information into our records.

I just created a new post about users being able to complete registration without completing required fields or the required field is being completed and the data is being dropped.

The field I am writing about is a conditional field. I wonder if I am having the same issue. However, I have no way of knowing if the user is using the back key from the summary page.

w2kd - if you didn't see, this exact issue was fixed in the new 3.1.7 package so update and you'll be set.

becky - not sure what version you are using, but you should update also. If you still have an issue after updating that you can replicate, submit a ticket with details. Also, I'm deleting your other forum post as it's not needed now.
