[SOLVED] Paypl IPN generating a 403 error 8 years 9 months ago #25685

Starting at 9am yesterday the IPNs from Paypal have been receiving a 403 from the call to success.php. I can recreate this when I directly try the URL. This has frozen a large number of payments. Does anyone know what could create this. I've checked the file permissions and they are fine.
