Hello,

I have a conditional field in the front end; however it is not appearing in the backend of the site. Right now there is no way for me to update the conditional field in the records area - it does not appear. I am using version 3.1.6h.

I need to make an update to the record; however I can't. I looked through the database; however I can't find the table which has the records of conditional fields. I found the user's ID in the database - not sure where to look for the conditional records.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Jeff

I'm having the same issue. The field is conditional when registering but in the backend records, the conditional field doesn't show. The work around is to make the field always visible and not conditional but it's not as clean looking as it used to be before upgrading to version 3.1.6g
Running Joomla version 3.4.8

We've had a ticket on this since Dec. (hint hint :) ). Our workaround in the meanwhile is to select the "Select an option" (which is our default) for the drop down that triggers the conditional fields) and then select the option the registrant picked him/herself. Then, the conditional fields appear with the registrant's values. Hope this helps in the meanwhile.

Guys, we have determined this to be an issue when the parent field is a dropdown. As clawcorp said, you can change the selection then put it back, and you'll see your field. We know that's not a real solution though and are fixing it now. We are shooting for a new update by this weekend, which will include this fix. Thanks for your patience!
