soccerbum - it's not an issue of cache in your site or your browser. It's on the server level. What we are seeing is the server trying to connect to the old "http" version of the Authorize.net URL, which no longer works after their changes... instead of the newer "https" version in our code. Has nothing at all to do with your site cache or any other Joomla parameter.

Ah apologies for not being more specific.. when I mentioned the quick check via wget on linux CLI, I was meaning to say that the linux wget was done from the actual server -- it wasn't a client-side test.

After the upgrade to 3.1.5 it seems my ability to accept credit cards via authorize.net has gone south. I have folks emailing me telling me when they try to pay via CC it does not process the transaction and instead tells them to 'try again' on the webpage. Previously it would work most of the time, but now it seems it *always* fails.

After typing in all of my information on the CC payment screen and hitting submit I get a simple page that simply says:

Event Registration: Payment
Try Again <-- this is a button

This combined with my site's inability to process PayPal transactions properly (ticket submitted 11/11) means my business is dead in the water atm.

Really need some help on this, thanks.

soccerbum - we've received confirmation from the small handful of others that were having this issue that the update fixed it for them. You may need what one other user had to do...

They had to have Authorize.net whitelist their IP address to accept the incoming transactions. You should contact Authorize.net and ask about this.

Hi Nathan,

Thanks for the reply. I contacted authorize.net and they don't maintain a whitelist. Anyone can access their processing URL. There's nothing on their end preventing the transaction from happening. If you could please log into my site (credentials provided in the open ticket) and look into it I'd greatly appreciate it. I am currently unable to process via authorize.net and paypal transactions process on the paypal side, but DTRegister does not insert them into my sessions and does not email them an order confirmation.

Update 4:14pm PDT: I am getting some authorize.net transactions coming through now, but testing on my side still shows the "Try Again" button when attempting to use the page.
