Recently (last month or so) my users have been reporting errors while trying to sign up for sessions. (screenshot attached)
We've been using DT Register for many years now and have never seen this crop up. Users experiencing this issue are folks who've been with us for years as well. We're running DT Register 3.1.4b and Joomla 3.4.5.
We've also (with the same timing) have been seeing issues paying via PayPal insofar as PayPal is brought up properly during the payment process, but upon paying they are not included in the session list. I've also had two reports of folks returning to our Joomla site after the PayPal site, but coming back as a different user (user ID I imagine).
We run 4 sessions a week and could really use some help on this. Is it better to file a ticket? This issue appears to be the same as someone else posted in the Joomla 1.7/2.5 thread six days ago:

I saw your response to my post in the 1.7/2.5 forum. Thanks for spreading the word. I've received no word or help from my forum post, nor the two tickets I submitted last week.
Only thing I can update is the error is sporadic. People get the "Try Again" error one day, and then they're able to make payments on another day. I'd say about 25% of the attempts fail, but once it fails, repeat attempts consistently fail, and it's best to take a break and try again another day. So far we've not been able to isolate the error to a consistent set of circumstances - very random. Using my two different test User ID, I got the "Try Again" error last week after multiple attempts with multiple credit cards. This week I was able to make payments on both, but we're still getting messages for clients, that it doesn't work for them.
I do suggest submitting a support ticket, even with their spotty response rate. In my 5 years, they've been helpful with things that they had quick answers for, but other complex issues have gone completely ignored.
Guys... we're on this. We are aware. It seems tied to the recent Authorize.net changes along with hosting server SSL settings. Most DT Register users are working just fine with Authorize.net... so we're trying to nail down what the issue is that is affecting the small handful.

Error handling payments (authorizenet.php)
9 years 1 month ago #25069
Thanks. I'm handing out credits to my customers that run into this issue for the time being. If you need access to my server to emulate/reproduce it, let me know and I'll grant access.
Thanks Nathan. We have a number of payment deadlines over the weekend, and we're advizing everyone to go ahead and try to make payments, and email us if they get the error. Seems 75% of them are successful. We haven't been able to see any consistency on when and how the error happens. Our SSL certificate is through GeoTrust in case that's something to investigate.
Please respond to my ticket or message me if you learn anything, as I am not automatically getting updates when people respond to this thread.
From our weekend activity: 50 successful registrations with payments, 30 "Try Again" errors. Not a success rate worthy of the reputation we try to maintain with our clients, and creating A LOT of extra work for our finance person dealing with all these cases. REALLY hoping there's some feedback/fix for this.
