Hopefully Nathan gets a chance to read this email, but if anyone else can help, it would be appreciated.

I have an event set up where an individual ticket is $195, and i'm using detailed group registration.

On members 1 and 2 I have a member/nonmember radio button, which if set to yes, reduces the price by $20. I also have a "flat rate" setup for 3 members for $495.

The issue is, if someone decreases the price by $20 on either member 1 or 2, then my flat rate price also drops!

I need that flat rate to not change

Any ideas?

Charles

P.S. Also, what field name needs to be used to get the names of the members in the "member name" column of the attendees table?

Hmmm... something to TRY...

Set the member selection field to have a maximum group size of 2... in the field settings. I'd have to do some testing to see if that would kill your discount if it's already been used... but you could test it faster since you've already got the rest in place. :)

Can you have groups larger than 3?

The "firstname" and "lastname" fields are expected in certain places... but each field has a checkbox to mark if it's included in the frontend attendee's list or not.

Yes, I actually have the max group size already set at 2... basically I have the following configured:

Event max size = 12
Flat rate pricing on group size of: 3, 6, 9, 12

Member price radio button #1 min size (1) max size (2)
Member price radio button #3 min size (4) max size (5)
Member price radio button #4 min size (7) max size (8)
Member price radio button #5 min size (10) max size (11)

So essentially I was hoping that if someone wanted just 1 or 2 tickets, then they could control their member / non-member pricing, however, if someone wanted 3 tickets they would get the small table rate (and it would ignore the member/non-member radio button settings)

I'm starting to run out of ideas on how to accomplish this. My hope was that if someone wanted 4 people, then the first 3 would get the flat rate and the 4th would get the member/non-member pricing.
