One of our administrators wanted to delete a group record for a customer who returned his tickets, as he couldn't participate in the event. Unfortunately she deleted the wrong record - she marked a record in the admin interface and clicked the DELETE button. The problem is, that she now doesn't know which customer she accidentally deleted.
Are records really physically deleted in DT Register, or is there a "delete" or "archive" flag where I could recover the record through phpMyAdmin?
Records and events can be archived, but if it's deleted... it actually is deleted. Gone. You'll have to determine who is missing from emails and such and manually re-register the group in the backend.
