TOPIC: [SOLVED] Error:Unknown File Format

I see this was solved in an earlier version but I seem to be havng this issue with the latest download (downloaded today (5-25))with J3.4.1
Sorry this is in the incorrect forum category - there is no way to delete it or change it. Discovered that the error only shows if parameters are set to link image to event. When set to link image to popup image appears as it should.

Where exactly are you getting this? When uploading the event image? If so... frontend or backend management?

I don't get the error when uploading at all. The error displays instead of the image on the category event listing view for the event image.

I'm also getting this error!! In the component's event listing.

I just upgraded to 3.1.1

To be clear it is in this page that instead of images an image with the message "Error: unrecognised file format" appears.

Please fix quickly, or let me know what to do.

I'm getting this error as well in 3.11b

This issue only existed if your config was set for event images to link to registration. However, good news is that it's fixed in the newly available version 3.1.2. You can download it now!
