A user registers for an event from the front-end without logging.
But this user is actually a registered user of the website and is entitled to preferential rates of the event.
From the backend, we went to edit the record and select the User in the system and save.
But in the Record display, the name becomes a blank. Record not clickable anymore.
Could someone please explain the cause of this problem?
When you select a user, DT Reg will attempt to grab data from the user profile based on your profile sync settings. Apparently there is no data wherever it's trying to sync.
Are you using Community Builder or JomSocial?
What is "Profile Sync" set to on the first tab of DT Reg configuration?
If there is no name showing for the record now, you CAN still edit the record and fix it. Click the checkbox to the left of the record to select it, then click EDIT in the toolbar at the top. Thanks.

Am using Community Builder.
User Profile Integration selection: Community Builder.
In Profile Sync tab, the CB fields are mapped to DT Reg fields.
Yes, able edit but I cannot have an overview of the names of those registered.
Would like to be able to see the names of those registered for an event.
