TOPIC: Cannot sort conditional field

I can not get a conditional field to appear in the order I desire. I have a dropdown box to select type A or type B. When Type B is selected a conditional field appears, but it is above the first name, last name field. I want it below those. I have it sorted below the first/last names on the field management page, but it is appearing before them.

Can conditional fields appear below other fields or do they only appear under the field that you have set as the conditional field?

Conditional fields will always display under the parent field that activated it.
