TOPIC: [SOLVED] Email Tags not Functioning

I have set up registration for several events. I have set up email receipts for administrative emails and new user registrations utilizing on my initial attempts the default email tags and tags from the registration fields I created for the forms. When I test registrations I am getting what appears to be default or simple registration information. See example below (in bold Characters). I need detailed receipts generated for both the user and the administrator. What am I missing?

Clearly, the email tags ARE functioning as you have all of your data being pulled into the email. You need to put whatever titles you want in the email to label the data as the tags only pull data... not labels. This is on purpose.

Note that there is a default email to setup in the DT Reg configuration emails tab... but each event has the OPTION to enable and customize the emails specific to the event also. Whatever data and format you want for both the user and admin emails... it's totally left to you to customize.

While it is capturing the information regarding payment amounts, transaction ID, payment status, etc. The tags (both those configured in DTRegister and those created as I created the form) are not enabling me to capture the data as illustrated below:

Next to the email setup, you have a link to see a list of email tags for miscellaneous record data. However, for all of your fields, those tags are found in the field manager list of fields. Each field has its own tag that you can see there. Use the appropriate tag and the data WILL show up.

When setting up fields, make sure you do NOT put brackets in yourself when setting what the desired email tag is for your field. If you still can't figure out what's not setup correctly, paste your actual email setup here so the email tags are visible.

Your initial response triggered a memory from setting this up in the past. The email tags from configurations were over riding my settings in the events email tab. I made changes to the configurations and the information is being captured at present.
