TOPIC: Prepending Event date to the description being sent to PayPal

My client want to insert the date of an event before the title of the event that is being sent to PayPal. For clarity, they don't want to actually display the date in the event record. Is there a way to place the concatenate or replace the title in the record being sent to PayPal? Does anyone know where I would insert the PHP code to do this?
