We are having trouble getting the member detail (first name, last name) for the Event "full week" when adding registrations manually. I have these two fields set to be used for Members and Billing, yet when the information is entered manually, we cannot see who the additional members are. You will see there is one in there for 2 members that does now allow to link to the member detail.
In two of the instances where we could not see the name, we manually added a member. This enabled us to see the detail, but threw off everything by adding a non-existent member, which we cannot edit or correct, as well as and altered the $ amt, which I was able to edit. What could be going wrong here? I have the same settings for the other event and they work just fine.
