Hopefully Quick Easy Question for a Quick Easy answer!.....

Can someone help me find the page that generates the Event Cut-Off Page at the front end?

(The "Sorry Registration is now closed" type page)

It includes a 'Return to Events Listing' type link and I want to remove that navigation option by just taking out that little bit of code.
