Just upgraded to Joomla 3.3 and DTR 3.09. Now getting "Error, you must provide one recipient e-mail address" and we're using email addresses, they're entered, we've tried several. All testers are getting this. Last week using 3.04 not getting this error.

Any thoughts? anyone else?

Nothing has changed regarding email handling. This has to be setup related somehow. Now, you didn't say, so you get this alert message WHEN? How to replicate? You'll likely need to submit a ticket so we can check all of the setup.

it's upon checkout. Registrations will go through but it appears on the top of the checkout page. It's repeatable and documented. I'll go ahead and post a ticket - but I know that it's always helpful if I search/post here first in case I'm not the only one and someone else has a solution!

Thanks!

We just upgraded DT Register 3.0.9a on Joomla 3.3.8, and we are getting this message too.

Same experience, the registrations are accepted, and the attendee email confirmations are being sent, as well as Authorize.net's receipt email. But the site admin is not getting any notifications, and front-end users are seeing the yellow info box at the top of their screen upon completing their registration with the "You must provide one email address" message. We do have admin emails plugged into the backend settings. How can we prevent this from happening?

Just a followup. We have our admin email address plugged into the "Frontend Event Notification Email:" field in Configuration/ Emails tab.

Just answered your ticket camelotdg...

This means there is a setup issue related to the admin notification email. Make sure all of your events have at least one admin notification email address provided in the event setup. It is required. We do realize that the current package DOES allow you to save an event without this required item. We've addressed that and the next release will not allow that again.

So make sure the events have this address provided on the first tab of the event setup. If you have multiple email addresses there, separate them with a semi-colon.

Also make sure your admin email is setup in the configuration area (emails tab) including the message AND subject. Then in the event, IF you have enabled a custom admin email, make sure it is setup there.

Note, this has absolutely nothing to do with the email address given for "Frontend Event Notification Email".
