Help! I have just upgraded to 3.08a to fix an issue - and now I have another!

Whether you create a new event, or use copy to create a new event, any registrations for this new event do not show up in the backend under "records".

I have checked and double-checked that I have selected the right controls for viewing the records (either SELECT EVENT, or the EVENT ITSELF).

However, the good news is that the record IS REGISTERED, i.e. front end shows a reduction in spots available AND confirmation emails are sent correctly.

The issue (again) is that the record does not show in the backend.

I'm using Joomla 3.2.3.

ALSO - if you export this event, the correct records are there in the CSV file.

This actually has nothing to do with your update. It is permissions related only. What I'm about to tell you is shown on the DT Register Permissions page already...

First, click "Sync Groups" in case that hasn't been done. Then make sure Super Users do NOT have "Edit Own Items Only" checked. Save if changes are made.

Then go to the Joomla user manager and make sure your super user is assigned ONLY to the super user group. Being assigned to other groups is not necessary, plus it will cause issues in DT Reg. If you have to make user group changes, Joomla will not apply these changes until you logout and login again. Thanks.

Thanks Nathan. Working again. Thanks for responding so quickly.

BTW do we have to that after every update? Or was that just a one-off?

Not needed on each update... and wasn't needed simply because you updated this time. Something was likely changed, even if not intentionally. Nothing in permissions usage has been updated in a long time.
