As stated in your ticket... and in the release announcement of 3.0.8... changes were made to conditional fields so you can control them per event. This is a big change so it requires the extra step after upgrading of re-saving any event that using conditional fields.

Open the event, go to the fields tab... click the new link to toggle display to include conditional fields... make sure your conditional fields are set to Default or however else you want them... and Save.

We are working on improving this and trying to modify so this step is not needed. For now though... onnce you do this, it is fine.
