TOPIC: Editing Members of Group Registration

For my usage, I need to assign members of a group registration to individual rooms on the backend. Is there a way to list at once all members registered and have the room assignment drop down menus show up on each row for each member, so that I can just go down the list assigning rooms? I know it can be done in the records area one at a time, but that method is rather slow and cumbersome.

Any ideas?


By the way, the room assignment drop down menus are "hidden" in field set up. The info hint says this is used when you need the menu "for office only" usage. Is there a quick way to do the office only administration?

You can of course set your room assignment field to show in the display of all group members... as all fields have a parameter to enable them to show in the group members listing.

However, like any other field displays, this will show what data has been entered for each users. It will not show the actual dropdown field in that display for you to make changes.
